An Anaconda man on parole is in custody after he was arrested Tuesday for allegedly burglarizing multiple locations in Powell, Deer Lodge, and Butte-Silver Bow counties.

According to the Anaconda Police Chief Tim Barkell, 40-year-old Ronald Looman was arrested after Powell County officers spotted Looman's Jeep outside a residence.

Powell County authorities then notified anaconda police who sent parole officers to the jeep.

Upon arrival, the parole officers recognized the items in the Jeep to be stolen.

They then arrested Looman at the scene.

Looman is suspected of burglarizing two locations in Butte, three in Powell County, and seven locations in Anaconda-Deer Lodge County.

Looman was charged Wednesday in Anaconda court on seven counts of felony burglary.
