New Subdivision In The Works

Posted: Updated:
EVERGREEN -

October 9, the Northwest Development Group is putting their case for a zoning change to the Flathead county planning board with the hope of building a second subdivision.

The proposal changes the zoning from suburban agriculture to a residential district for the one hundred and ten acre area just south of Rose Crossing in Evergreen.

More than forty homes have already been built in the first subdivision.

This would be a step forward in the construction of the one-hundred-thirteen lot, Trumbull Creek Crossing subdivision.

The planning board will hear from the Development Group starting at 6:00 p.m. and later make their recommendation to the county commissioners, who have the final say on November 4.
