BOZEMAN -

Funeral arrangements are set for a young man killed in last week's shooting in Bozeman.

Larry "LJ" Clayton died at a Seattle hospital on Saturday after being shot in the abdomen at a house party last Friday morning.

Two others were also shot at the party. Friends say one of the men remains in fair condition at Billings Clinic after being shot in the leg.

25-year-old, Cody Christopher Little is charged with two counts of attempted deliberate homicide and one count of assault with a weapon for the shooting.

County Attorney, Marty Lambert tells us he plans to amend one of the charges to deliberate homicide after Clayton passed away.

His funeral will take place next Thursday October 3 at 1:30 p.m. The funeral will be held at The Commons at Baxter and Love in Bozeman.
