New Way To Park At MSU

BOZEMAN -

There is a new way to park at Montana State University, at least in one parking lot.

Harrison Street connecting Eighth and Eleventh avenues is now open to traffic.

But, if you want to park along that street you have to back your car in.

University officials said the back-in angle parking was proven to reduce accidents with pedestrians and vehicles.

They said it's also easier to park and then leave the space.

The university posted signs along the street showing people how to park in theses spaces.
