UPDATED: Bozeman Man Arrested In Friday Morning Shooting

A Bozeman man was charged in Gallatin County Justice court on Friday afternoon for the shooting three people in Bozeman.

25-year-old, Cody Christopher Little is being charged with two counts of attempted deliberate homicide and one count of assault with a weapon.

The shooting happened just after 4 a.m. Friday morning on the 100 block of N. Ferguson after an argument occurred at a party in a nearby apartment.

According to a press release sent out by the Bozeman Police, the suspect approached several people in the driveway area following the argument. He then returned with a 20-gage shot gun and fired several shots. Three men in their mid to late twenties were injured during the shooting. 

The Gallatin County Sheriff's Office, Bozeman Police and MSU Police all responded to the scene and located the weapon at the scene.

All three men were immediately transported to Bozeman Deaconess Hospital. Their conditions are unknown at this time.
