One of the women accused of promoting prostitution in Belgrade pled guilty in court on Wednesday.

As part of her plea agreement, a felony charge of promotion of prostitution for 52-year-old Yu-Sun Gasperi was reduced to a misdemeanor.

Judge John Brown sentenced Gasperi to six months in jail with all time suspended and ordered her to pay $575 in fines.

Two other women were also charged with promoting prostitution at the Belgrade spas. Yu was released on bail, but Tenette still remains behind bars.

Tenette is expected to change her plea in Gallatin County District court on September 26. Since the incident, both the VIP and Beijing spas have been shut down.
