UM Students Report Inappropriate Touching in Dorms

MISSOULA -

The University of Montana recently received two reports about a man meeting female students in the University Center, walking them to their residence halls, and inappropriately touching them in their rooms.

All students are advised to be on alert for this kind of behavior and to report it to the Office of Public Safety at 243-4000.

University officials said Griz Personal Safety is available to walk students at night by calling 243-2777.

I grew up south of Spokane, near Plaza, and one of my favorite things to do was to sit on the porch at night and stare south towards Rosalia at all of the rolling hills of wheat, lentils, barley and peas.
