Prison Inmate Dies Unexpectedly

The Montana State Prison is investigating the unexpected death of one of its inmates.

24-year-old Cleveland Benjamin buyer was found in his cell in a high security housing unit this morning.

He was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Boyer's death comes unexpectedly.

His body will be sent to the state's medical examiner for an autopsy.

Boyer was serving a life with 20 year sentence.

He was convicted of deliberate homicide, use of a weapon, and tampering with or fabricating physical evidence out of Yellowstone County in January of this year.
