First Annual Jesterfest

Posted: Updated:

Tonight is the First Annual Jesterfest, raising money for The Tamarack Grief Resource Center and the clients at Missoula Developmental Services.

Tonight is the start to a two-day performing arts festival that will have many different kinds of entertainment.

From 6 to 8 guests can enjoy live music, from 8 to 10 comedians from around the western states will keep guests laughing and a DJ will end the night.

On Saturday, a family carnival will take place with 15 different carnival games, live music, food and a chance for kids to get on stage and make people laugh.

" We really want to not just have a charity event but promote performing arts and promote comedy." Jesterfest Coordinator, Matthew Kettlehake said.

An eight dollar cover charge will be required for tonight's events but admission is free for Saturday's family carnival.
