BILLINGS - A Bozeman woman pled not guilty in the Yellowstone County District courtroom for the death of her infant back in February 2012.
Tiffany Michele Hossner is being charged with negligent homicide as a felony.
According to court documents, Hossner feel asleep on top of her infant son causing the baby to die from asphyxiation.
Medical records show that Hossner had a blood alcohol level of .296 the night of the incident. The legal blood alcohol level in Montana is 0.08.
During court on Tuesday, Yellowstone County attorney, Ingrid Rosenquist requested that Hossner be placed on a 24/7 sobriety program.
Hossner is expected to start that program on July 15th. Her next court appearance has not yet been determined.
