Tarantino's Reopens Seventh Avenue Location

BOZEMAN -

A popular pizza joint in Bozeman reopened this afternoon. Tarantino's Pizzeria can now hold twice as many customers.

Tarantino's Pizzeria reopened on Seventh Avenue for lunch Friday after being closed for three weeks. While the restaurant was closed, the casino occupying half the building moved out, so Tarantino's moved in.

Tarantino's owner, Ryan Olson, said they always planned to expand their dining room.

"When we opened in this location a year ago we always had intentions to take over this area," said Olsen.

Tarantino's closed June 17th to make repairs to their building after a car crashed into the back wall. Olson said the repairs went according to plan.

"As things started coming apart, it was pretty much what we thought," said Olson. "The fixes were made right on time."

Olson said their downtown location handled some of the load the Seventh Avenue location normally does, but not all.

"I do believe quite a few people were going over there, but I wouldn't say everyone that was coming here did go there," said Olsen.

Camdon Dreger is a regular customer at Tarantino's. He was one of the people that didn't go to the downtown location, but said there's nothing like Tarantino's.

"I did miss it when it was closed," said Dreger. "I've been a regular so I know quite a few people that live here. It's a nice comfortable place to have a few pieces of pizza."

Olson said construction finished this week, but he was still putting the finishing touches up in the new dining room today.

Tarantino's Seventh Avenue location is open Sunday through Thursday 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday 11 a.m. to midnight.
