Tonight Caffe Dulce will introduce its summer menu and Executive Chef, Andrew Martin, has a fresh salad on the menu he said is a tasty and simple addition to any Fourth of July barbeque.
The Frisee Herb Salad is a fresh salad with few ingredients.
All you need is lettuce, mint, parsley, olive oil, lemon, strawberries, salt and goat cheese.
Martin said this cool recipe is a sweet relief on a hot summer day.
"We really pair things to make our menus based on putting simple ingredients together to bring out the best, not covering it up, it's about putting them together to create this perfect balanced dish," he said.
