Posted: Updated:

KALISPELL - A Kalispell Man pleads not guilty Thursday in Flathead District Court to three felony charges.

24-year-old Brandon Haddon was arrested in April for assaulting a peace officer. According to court documents Haddon Pepper sprayed one officer as he was leaving the police station. That officer then called for back-up, and the officer tased Haddon. Failure to get him down, Haddon was then allegedly able to pepper spray two other officers.

Both of the officers used their tasers on Haddon and were finally able to arrest him. If convicted Haddon will face up to ten years in Montana State Prison and pay a fine of $50,000 dollars. His trial is set for September 18th.
