Bozeman Nominated As Best Town By Outside Magazine

Posted: Updated:

BOZEMAN- Bozeman is recognized across the county for being an active city. Bozeman is in the running for Outside Magazine's "Best Towns for 2013."

The magazine highlights the skiing in Bridger and Big Sky, fishing at the Yellowstone and the Molly Brown Bar. Some of the towns Bozeman is up against include, San Diego, Boston and Spokane.

Ellie Staley with the Downtown Bozeman Partnership said it is always exciting when Bozeman is nominated for an award.

"A big reason why we like to see the progression of Bozeman is really to see our community grow economically," said Staley. "We want more jobs available for our residents and receiving these awards definitely increases that awareness."
