BOZEMAN - The Livingston man accused of shooting a woman near the Taco Bell in Bozeman last December is back in the Gallatin County Detention Center. Nathiel Budd made his initial bail of $100,000 in January. He was arrested again on Wednesday morning accused of breaking the rules of his release by using illegal drugs.
During a random testing, Budd tested positive for a number of prescription drugs including opiates and morphine. He did not have prescriptions for the drugs. Budd trail date is set for November 4th for his shooting charges.
