    Nathan Hessel was encouraged by his mom at the age of 6 to join 4-H.  For over 10 years, Nathan has actively been a part of the 4-H program and has grown to love one event in particular.  Little did he know that this decision would play a huge role in shaping him into the person he is today.  In September, Nathan plans on competing at National's for Career Communication and hopes to stay involved in 4-H well after he graduates.
